But for veteran pacer Chris Jordan, it wasn’t about the final score. It was about the fight, the resilience, and the young talents who shone through the season. “We faced adversity early, but came back strong,” he said, his voice thick with pride. “And I’m especially proud of the youngsters, who found solutions and stepped up big time.”
Jordan singled out the two young UAE spinners, Aayan Afzal Khan and Zuhaib Zubair, for special praise. “Facing the world’s best and holding your own? That’s incredible,” he declared. “They’ve been a game-changer for us, and that’s exactly what you want from young guns.”
