Client Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website of 1Connect Events & Publishing Private Limited! Thank you for using our services. These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) set out your rights and responsibilities concerning your access or use of our platform, https://www.1connect.in/contact-us/ (“Platform”), or any mobile or internetconnected device or otherwise. 

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you shall be bound by these Terms of Use as posted and updated on the Platform from time to time and create a legally binding agreement to abide by the same. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, guidelines, rules, and additional terms, if any, please do not view, access, or use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to this Platform and material available on or through it are legal in each jurisdiction, in or through which you access or view the Platform or such material.

These are the standard terms of Client Business of 1Connect Events & Publishing Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act 1013 and having its registered office at 5th Floor,501/501, Bharda Wadi Road, Near Filmalay, Andheri- west, Mumbai-40058, bearing CIN U81300MH1013PTC400911 (“Company”) and all work undertaken by the company shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties before the event.

1. Price, Payment & Cancellation:
1.1. Entry is allowed only for valid Event Passes holders.

1.2. In case an Event pass is lost or misplaced, a duplicate pass cannot be issued.
1.3. Event Pass once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
1.4. The Guest Agrees to be contacted by the Management of the company to seek feedback for service improvement.
1.5. Decision(s) taken by the company shall be final and binding, Rights of admission reserved.
1.6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Event premises.
1.7. Patrons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed inside the Premises.

1.8. Event Pass prices and schedules are subject to change without any prior notification
1.9. All prices quoted by the company may be amended when agreed with the client and the Client will reasonably consider any errors or omissions or where an increase is caused by a change in the circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company.
1.10. It is strictly the responsibility of the representative of the Client to confirm the booking to inform all relevant parties of the payment terms.

3. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (other than one arising from or related to directly or indirectly from volcanic ash), strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, and the company shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

4. Severance
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the law of India and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
