Phil Foden has been crowned the Men’s PFA Players’ Player of the Year, capping off an exceptional season with Manchester City.

Phil Foden was honored by his peers, outshining competitors including teammates Erling Haaland, last year’s winner and Rodri. Other nominees were Cole Palmer, Martin Odegaard, and Ollie Watkins. The award was presented to Foden at a glamorous ceremony held at the Manchester Opera House on Tuesday night. In related news, Chelsea’s Cole Palmer was awarded the PFA Young Player of the Year.
In the women’s categories, Manchester City’s Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw was named Women’s Players’ Player of the Year, while Tottenham’s Grace Clinton took home the Women’s PFA Young Player of the Year accolade.

Foden played a crucial role in Manchester City’s achievement of securing a fourth consecutive Premier League title. He contributed with 19 goals and eight assists in the league and netted 27 times across all competitions.
