In an unprecedented milestone for the sporting and wellness worlds alike, Huafrid Billimoria is now India’s first para-athlete to hold national titles in triathlon and cycling.
Huafrid achieved the incredible feat of having a chance for qualifying to represent India internationally in both triathlon and cycling, becoming the first Indian para-athlete to do so.
Huafrid, who hails from Mumbai, suffers from Dystonia. According to an article published by clevelandclinic.org, Dystonia is a condition in which “a person has uncontrollable muscle movements in some part of their body”. This happens because of faulty signals coming from their brain.
Along with Dystonia, Huafrid also has learning disabilities, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (O.C.D) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (A.D.H.D). Huafrid has also represented India in triathlons, Obstacle Courses, Marathons and Swimathons
Huafrid has been working with health guru Dr. Mickey Mehta and it is with the guidance of Mehta that Huafrid managed to achieve the revolutionary milestone. Mehta has guided Huafrid for over two years—walking him through intense mental, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual metamorphosis.
Mehta has guided thousands in achieving their full potential by balancing mind, body, and spirit. His holistic approach combines ancient wisdom with contemporary wellness practices, helping people with conditions like ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, and more.

By integrating Panchakarma, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and directed consciousness techniques, Dr. Mehta inspires individuals to view themselves beyond limitations—to awaken the superhuman within.
Mehta profoundly states that: “Champions are born out of challenges
This movement towards inclusive health has made a significant leap forward by Ms. Karishma Mickey Mehta daughter of Dr. Mickey Mehta, the founder of the Antar- The Health Portal. Antar has been conceptualized as a wellness platform for everyone, encouraging active participation by differently-abled citizens and nurturing their dreams to perform on platforms such as the Paralympics.
Huafrid Billimoria’s success is more than a win in sports—it is a living example of what happens when inclusive mentorship, ancient healing, and inner belief merge. His victory is an inspiration to millions to have faith that the so-called “incomplete” are frequently the most complete of all.
