What is the Super 8s format in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup?
In the Super 8s stage of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, teams that advance from the initial group stage will be split into two groups: Group 1 and Group 2. Group 1 will consist of teams that finished first in Groups A and C, and second in Groups B and D. Group 2 will include the top teams from Groups B and D, along with the second-placed teams from Groups A and C.
Each team in these groups will play against every other team in their respective group, totaling three matches per team. The top two teams from each group will move on to the semi-finals of the tournament. This stage marks a crucial phase where teams compete intensely to secure a spot in the knockout rounds of the tournament.
