Athletic ability is no longer merely talent-based. Modern sport calls for a multi-dimensional approach to the development of athletes. Each speaker has expertise in different areas and gives out unique insights on how they intersect one another to come together in making a truly complete athlete. Dr Bharath Kumar B Founding Director & Medical Director, Ziathon, has important sports medicine experience. He also was the team doctor for Indian Boxing (elite women), Delhi FC, and Minerva Football Academy. His input will be the medical and nutritional considerations that will allow athletes to perform optimally while being healthy in the long term. As a former Doping Control Officer, Dr. Bharath has also worked in anti-doping education, giving an excellent cross-cut view of the physical and ethical elements of elite sports.  Dr. Chaitanya Sridhar Dr. Chaitanya is a lead wholistic sports psychologist and the founder at AANE, Championing Elephants, Dr. Chaitanya Sridhar is an expert on mental performance and well-being for athletes. She also is a consultant with the IIS-JSW Sports and has worked with a wide range of sporting organizations, one being the first female psychologist in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Dr. Sridhar will discuss how mental conditioning and psychological strategies are imperative for athletes, especially at high-pressure environments. She will continue to show how mental resilience and emotional balance complement physical training in developing a holistic athlete.  Nagendra Prasad As Strength and Conditioning Coach for one of the biggest franchises in the Indian Premier League, Mumbai Indians, Nagendra Prasad brings with him reams of experience garnered in optimizing physical performance. His session will be geared toward what kind of physical conditioning is required to support the development of skills to avoid injury. Through his work with elite athletes, he has basically sculpted techniques toward the improvement of strength, endurance and agility while keeping an eye on the overall health and functionality of the athlete. Shravan Kumbagowdana A veteran sports physiotherapist, founder of The Hands On Physiotherapy Clinic, Shravan Kumbagowdana is expertise in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and mobility. I want to bring out the importance of physiotherapy in the lifecycle of an athlete, and this involves matters of injury recovery and maintaining top physical performance through rehabilitation practices. Kumbagowdana admits that his therapy considers long-term health for the athlete, where performance is not compromised but it keeps the person from injuries throughout his or her career. Moderated By Abhinav Manathanath Head of Performance, Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy (PPBA), Abhinav Manathanath is to moderate this panel using his in-depth knowledge of sports performance and athlete development.
